Manufacturing is our passion:
Is it yours?

TWIMS provides structured programmes with the aim of developing Africa’s manufacturing leaders.

We provide formal academic courses through our partnership with GIBS, as well as a range of non-academic short courses.

“The creation of a deep manufacturing culture (“monozukuri” – meaning making things in Japanese) has contributed to the development of Asian economies such as Japan, Thailand and Korea. I believe we need to start building a similarly deep culture of manufacturing in Africa. The development of this culture can transform African society. Africa needs highly skilled engineers and production managers that can lead and manage complex manufacturing businesses.”
– Johan van zyl
